Payments may be made either by cash, by debit card or by Master, -Visa und -AMEX credit cards.
A booked room reservation that has been confirmed is binding for both parties.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the Schönau District Court (Amtsgericht Schönau) in Schwarzwald.

Cancellation policy

For reservation cancellations, we will charge a percentage of the cost of your reservation as follows:
21 – 14 days before arrival
30% of reservation cost
13 – 7 days before arrival
50 % of reservation cost
6 days before arrival
70 % of reservation cost

In case of early departure, we will charge 100% of the portion of the stay used, and 70 % of the price of the additional, unused reservation.

Any services or facilities that have not used (e.g. in special offers) shall not be refunded.
