* On our closing days, we offer to our hotel guests besides our half board gourmet menu also a smaller menu with cold and warm dishes. Our kitchen is opened on Mon & Tue from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm.

You can choose where you’d like to eat – in our panoramic restaurant with mountain vistas, or in the quaint ambience of our Black Forest dining rooms. Our restaurant comes with capacity for 120 diners, and our two sun terraces each with space for 60 diners.
To create our delicious game dishes, Martin and Lorenz Wissler go hunting themselves. The people here say that it’s as if they know every deer by name… we can tell you countless tales of hunters and gatherers. Pink roasted saddle of venison, garnished with herbs from our own garden and fresh chanterelle mushrooms. So – are you hungry yet?
